The course contains a series of short practices to bring healthy energy flow to your wrists and hands. These include: Qigong Massage, Qigong to stretch and open, Qigong for strength and dexterity, and Qigong for energy flow. The course also contains extra practices that works with your hands to balance the energy through your whole body. This includes qigong finger bending using five element principles, and the use of Baoding balls which massages the reflexes of the hands.
