Ironically I enrolled on this course around a week before I caught Covid and have just completed it two weeks into the illness. I enjoyed revisiting some of the original LWC videos . I liked the way this comprehensive course is structured. And the way all the different forms and concepts come together to concentrate on strengthening the immune system. And since I have been isolated for the past couple of months (NYC the Hot Spot) I have been practicing my QiGong, my yoga, my studies but this course has a singular purpose that focuses me on that timely purpose. So Iām not just doing what ever exercises come to mind . And The information is totally useful and informative. Thank you for putting the work into helping the world get better.
